How do Add/Edit the Schools, Teachers & Activities?
After logging in, go to your profile, click on > Add/Edit My Contribution(s) > Reports > Edit. Then choose that school that you would like to take away from and then add to you school you'd live to give too.
If a return is made after 30 days, we will deduct the Giveback amount from the total refund.
Payout to Schools, Teachers and Clubs
Payments to Schools, Teacher and Clubs are made every 45 days.

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and the support it provides to your cause. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, please get in touch with us within 30 days at email@example.com and we will make it right. We can exchange new items or offer a coupon code for the full purchase price.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds, as givebacks of your item's price goes directly to the cause you support. Shipping charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for return/exchange shipping costs if the product was not defective. We reserve the right to deny a returned item should it no longer appear salable or meet our return standards.
How do I choose the fundraiser I want to support?
When you begin your checkout process, you'll be asked to select the fundraiser you wish to support with your purchase.
How do I deposit the check?
If you are the beneficiary of the cause for which the campaign was created, then deposit payment as you would a paper check. If your campaign was created to benefit an organization, make sure you have entered the correct name of that organization and the appropriate email address so that the payee line of the check is accurate. You may forward the payment email to your contact at the organization in order for them to deposit it directly in the organization’s bank account
How soon after my fundraiser do I receive the check?
It typically takes between 5 and 7 business days to process payment. If you haven’t received payment within 10 business days, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To whom will the fundraiser check be made out?
The check will be made payable to the individual or organization listed as the payment recipient when you create your fundraiser. If you are raising money for a non-profit or another group, please be sure to list them as the beneficiary, even if you are managing the fundraiser yourself.
